很多人喜歡吃半生不熟的蛋,覺得這樣比較營養,也比較鮮嫩。事實上沒有煮熟的蛋,可能致人死命!美國政府已經決定,今後要在蛋上貼上警告標籤,提醒民眾:


雞蛋當中含有有害細菌,會造成嚴重疾病故 .一定要把蛋黃煮熟再吃。所以,請告知您的朋友,一定要把蛋黃煮熟再吃。


美國 Whilenall-Rodins Health 大藥廠最近在一個對蛋的養分的研究中發現,沒有煮熟的蛋中含有一種對人體有害的細菌,會對人體造成嚴重疾病。


在美國東部已經有相關的病例被發現,在這些病人中,有些已經很不幸的過世了 日前, NSF (National Science Foundation), WHO (World Health Organization, http://www.who.int/ ) National Institutes of Health
